Ky serves as a non-staff elder and teaching pastor at Crosspoint. He also oversees our missions and outreach ministry. In addition to Crosspoint, Ky works on staff at iGo Global, a student mission organization.

Ky attended Oklahoma Baptist University for a year before transferring to the University of Texas at Arlington in order to be closer to the iGo Global headquarters. He served as an intern at iGo Global through his college years and upon receiving his degree in Psychology, he joined the iGo Global staff full-time.

Ky began attending Crosspoint Fellowship (our primary sending church) in 2010, with a strong desire to plant a church with similar DNA in the Rowlett / Rockwall area. The timing and circumstances were not right, so he and his family joined Connection Community Church (C3) in Rowlett where he served as a deacon and small group leader. In 2015, C3 decided to partner with Crosspoint Fellowship to plant what is now Crosspoint Community Church.

Ky and Emily met through iGo Global’s partnership with the Missouri Baptist Convention and were married in August of 2008.

Ky and Emily live in north Rockwall and have three children, Jackson, Eden and Anna Jane.
