Ryan serves as an elder and is one of the founding pastors for Crosspoint.

He works full-time on church staff as the executive pastor of discipleship, and oversees community groups, assimilation, membership, recovery, and pastoral care.



Before entering full-time ministry, Ryan worked in residential land development. He became a believer in 2003 and the Lord completely turned his life around. Ryan began leading a Life Group at Lake Point Church in 2008, joined Lake Point staff in 2009, and eventually became the Lead Pastor of the Lake Point Firewheel campus and Re-Engage marriage ministry.

Ryan has a heart for the hurting and a passion for helping others live fully known according to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Ryan is a graduate of Liberty University and is currently continuing his education in mental health counseling. 

Ryan and his wife Elizabeth live in Heath and have two children, Carter & Trinity. Elizabeth works full-time as a teacher at Linda Lyon Elementary in Rockwall ISD, where Trinity also attends. Carter is currently attending Oklahoma Baptist University
